To provide a device for estimating a flow rate of a gas appliance, capable of appropriately estimating a flow rate value of the gas appliance even when an actual flow rate of gas gradually varies.SOLUTION: A device 10 for estimating a flow rate of a gas appliance comprises: a detection part 11 for detecting an actual flow rate of gas; a calculation part 12 for comparing a current actual flow rate and a previous actual flow rate to calculate a variation between the two actual flow rates; a determination part 13 for determining whether or not the variation is equal to or more than a predetermined flow rate; an estimation part 14 for storing the variation as a new flow rate value of a gas appliance 3 when the variation determined to be equal to or more than the predetermined flow rate is an increment, and eliminating a flow rate value close to the variation in the stored flow rate values of the gas appliance 3 when the variation determined to be equal to or more than the predetermined flow rate is a decrement; and a correction part 15 for correcting a difference between the total value of the stored flow rate values of the gas appliance 3 and the actual flow rate of gas to the flow rate value of the gas appliance 3 changed just before by the estimation part 14 when the actual flow rate of gas varies at a flow rate less than the predetermined flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ガスの実流量が緩やかなに変化する場合でも、ガス器具の流量値を適切に推定することができるガス器具流量推定装置を提供する。【解決手段】ガス器具流量推定装置１０は、ガスの実流量を検出する検出部１１と、今回の実流量と前回の実流量とを比較し、これら２つの実流量間の変化量を算出する算出部１２と、変化量が所定流量以上であるか否かを判定する判定部１３と、所定流量以上であると判定された変化量が増加量となる場合に、その変化量を、新たなガス器具３の流量値として保存し、所定流量以上であると判定された変化量が減少量となる場合に、保存されているガス器具３の流量値の中で、その変化量に近い流量値を削除する推定部１４と、ガスの実流量が所定流量未満で変化する場合に、保存されているガス器具３の流量値の合計値と、ガスの実流量との差分を、推定部１４によって直前に変更されたガス器具３の流量値に補正する補正部１５とを備える。【選択図】図１
