Summary:To provide a printing ink composition for laminate for soft packing which can contribute to global warming prevention and environmental load reduction, and exhibits various physical properties such as excellent blocking resistance and laminate suitability even when being used in soft packaging.SOLUTION: A printing ink composition for laminate for soft packing contains a pigment, a binder resin and an organic solvent. The binder resin contains a polyurethane resin, the polyurethane resin contains a biomass polyurethane resin and contains at least either a primary amino group or a secondary amino group in the terminal. A content of the biomass polyurethane resin is 10-100 mass% in the polyurethane resin. The biomass polyurethane resin contains a biomass polyurethane resin obtained by reacting a biopolyol component and an isocyanate component. The biopolyol component contains biopolyester polyol obtained by reacting a plant-derived short chain diol component having 2 to 4 carbon atoms and a plant-derived carboxylic acid component. The carboxylic acid component contains a sebacic acid and a succinic acid.
