To provide a packing body capable of suppressing as much as possible misalignment of a glass plate, when opening a glass plate packing body to take out the glass plate and a protection sheet from a laminate.SOLUTION: A glass plate packing body 1 comprises a laminate 4 including a rectangular glass plate 2 and a rectangular protection sheet 3, and a pallet 5 for loading the laminate 4 in a flat posture. When setting one side in which a length protruded from the side of the corresponding glass plate 2 is shortest as a shortest protruded side 3x, and setting the side in which the protruded length is next shorter than that of the shortest protruded side 3x as a next shortest protruded side 3y, of four sides 3a-3d of the protection sheet 3, a protruded length L1 of the shortest protruded side 3x is 0%-50% of a protruded length L2 of the next shortest protruded side 3y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】ガラス板梱包体を開梱して積層体からガラス板と保護シートとを取り出す際に、ガラス板の位置ずれを可及的に抑制できる梱包体を提供すること。【解決手段】矩形状のガラス板２と矩形状の保護シート３とを含む積層体４と、積層体４を平置き姿勢で積載するパレット５とを備えたガラス板梱包体１について、保護シート３の四辺３ａ〜３ｄのうち、対応するガラス板２の辺から食み出した長さが最短である一辺を最短食出辺３ｘとし、最短食出辺３ｘの次に食み出した長さが短い辺を次点最短食出辺３ｙとしたとき、最短食出辺３ｘの食み出した長さＬ１が、次点最短食出辺３ｙの食み出した長さＬ２の０％〜５０％である構成とした。【選択図】図３
