Summary:To provide an injection molding device with decreased wait time of mold motion in injection molding using a plurality of molds, enabling improved injection molding efficiency.SOLUTION: An injection molding device 30 includes a turn table 5, first, second and third molds, which are lower molds arranged at a prescribed interval along a rotation direction of the turn table 5, and forth, fifth and sixth molds which are upper molds. The device also includes a control part 35 for performing first and second position control on the turn table 5 and controlling a vertical motion of the upper molds for each mold, a first robot 31 for transporting an encapsulation member into and out of the opened mold, and an encoder 40 for detecting position of the upper mold. Mold closing and mold opening motions of the upper mold are controlled for each mold by the control part 35, and when mold opening of the upper mold is detected by the encoder 40, the encapsulation member is mounted to an injection-molded body which is molded with the upper mold by using the first robot 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】複数の金型を用いた射出成形において金型動作の待ち時間を減らして射出成形の効率化を図る。【解決手段】射出成形装置30は、ターンテーブル5と、ターンテーブル5の回転方向に沿って所定間隔で配置された下型である第1,第2および第3金型と、上型である第4,第5および第6金型と、を有する。また、ターンテーブル5に対して第1,第2の位置制御を実行し、かつ上記上型の上下動を各金型ごとに制御する制御部35と、型開きされた金型に対して封入部材を搬入出する第1ロボット31と、上記上型の位置を検出するエンコーダ40と、を有する。そして、上記上型の型締めおよび型開き動作は、制御部35によって金型ごとに制御され、エンコーダ40によって上記上型の型開きが検出されると、上記上型で成形された射出成形体に第1ロボット31により封入部材が装着される。【選択図】図4
