To provide an information provision device, information provision method and program which can reduce the time and effort of a user who refers to a series of information related to a power generation plant facility being a monitoring object from a plurality of pieces of drawing data.SOLUTION: An information provision device comprises a specification unit, an acquisition unit, an association unit, a reception unit and a display control unit. The specification unit specifies a range expressing the facility in an image related to a power generation plant facility being a monitoring object. The acquisition unit acquires the monitoring information of the facility corresponding to the range specified from a plurality of databases that store mutually-different types of monitoring information being the monitoring information related to the power generation plant facility being the monitoring object and including at least the static information and dynamic information of the facility. The association unit associates the acquired monitoring information with the range. The reception unit receives an operation of instructing the image by using a terminal device used by a user. The display control unit displays on the terminal device the monitoring information acquired by the acquisition unit when receiving the operation of instructing the range of the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数の図面データ中から監視対象の発電プラント設備に係る一連の情報を参照する利用者の手間を低減することができる情報提供装置、情報提供方法、及びプログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】情報提供装置は、特定部と取得部と対応付部と受付部と表示制御部とを持つ。特定部は、監視対象の発電プラント設備に係る画像のうち設備を表す範囲を特定する。取得部は、監視対象の発電プラント設備に係る監視情報であり、設備の静的情報と動的情報とを少なくとも含む監視情報をそれぞれが互いに異なる種別の監視情報を格納する複数のデータベースから特定された範囲に対応する設備の監視情報を取得する。対応付部は、取得された監視情報を範囲に対応付ける。受付部は、利用者が利用する端末装置を用いて画像を指示する操作を受け付ける。表示制御部は、画像の範囲を指示する操作が受け付けられた場合取得部によって取得された監視情報を端末装置に表示させる。【選択図】図１
