Summary:To produce a polycarbonate resin composition containing a fluororesin having no fibril forming ability and having extremely less eluted ions stably with good productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a polycarbonate resin composition using 80 to 97 pts.mass of a polycarbonate resin and 20 to 3 ptas.mass of a fluororesin having no fibril forming ability by a biaxial extruder (provided that the total of both resins is 100), which comprises feeding a polycarbonate resin to a biaxial extruder, heating and kneading to melt (a first kneading step), after the first kneading step, feeding the fluororesin and kneading the dispersed fluororesin and the melted polycarbonate resin while dispersing the fluororesin (a second kneading step), followed by extruding under the conditions at a resin temperature of less than 315°C and a die pressure of 0.5 to 8 Mpa and extruding as a strand from the tip of the biaxial extruder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】フィブリル形成能を有さないフッ素樹脂を含有し、溶出イオンが極めて少ないポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を安定して生産性良く製造する。【解決手段】ポリカーボネート樹脂80〜97質量部及びフィブリル形成能を有さないフッ素樹脂20〜3質量部(但し、両者の合計は100質量部である。)を二軸押出機で製造する方法であって、ポリカーボネート樹脂を二軸押出機に供給してスクリュー加熱、混練して溶融化し(第1混練工程)、前記第1混練工程後に、前記フッ素樹脂を供給して、フッ素樹脂を分散しながら分散したフッ素樹脂と溶融化した前記ポリカーボネート樹脂とを混練し(第2混練工程)、次いで、樹脂温度を315℃未満、かつダイ圧が0.5〜8MPaの条件で押し出し、二軸押出機の先端からストランドとして押し出すことを特徴とするポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の製造方法。【選択図】図1
