To provide a sheet cosmetic which can sufficiently remove sebum stains on the skin by only applying to the skin, has an effect of imparting dry touch and is excellent in suppressing a powder float.SOLUTION: There is provided a sheet cosmetic containing a nonwoven fabric and a cosmetic composition impregnated in the nonwoven fabric, wherein the nonwoven fabric has a thickness of 600 to 1200 μm and a content of cellulose fibers of 95 to 100 mass% and the cosmetic composition comprises a component (A) at least one surfactant selected from the group consisting of a polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil having an HLB value of 13 to 15, a polyoxyethylene cetyl ether having an HLB value of 14 to 15 and a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 13, a component (B) a cellulose powder having an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 μm, a component (C) an alcohol having 1 to 4 carbon atoms and a component (D) water.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】肌に押し当てるだけで、肌上の皮脂汚れを充分に除去することができ、さらさら感の付与効果および粉浮き抑制に優れたシート化粧料を提供すること。【解決手段】不織布と、前記不織布に含浸された化粧料組成物とを含むシート化粧料であって、前記不織布が、厚さが６００〜１２００μｍであり、セルロース繊維の含有量が９５〜１００質量％である不織布であり、前記化粧料組成物が、成分（Ａ）ＨＬＢ値が１３〜１５のポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ＨＬＢ値が１４〜１５のポリオキシエチレンセチルエーテル、およびＨＬＢ値が１３のポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステルからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種の界面活性剤、成分（Ｂ）平均粒子径が５〜５０μｍのセルロース粉末、成分（Ｃ）炭素数１〜４のアルコール、および成分（Ｄ）水を含有するシート化粧料。【選択図】なし
