To smoothly conduct vehicle control of moving a vehicle to a predetermined parking location and parking the vehicle at the parking location according to operation from an operation terminal.SOLUTION: A vehicle control device capable of controlling movement and parking of a vehicle according to operation from an operation terminal includes a processing part which can execute: processing in a virtual parking control mode for virtually operating a virtual vehicle displayed on a screen, according to operation from an operation terminal; and processing in a remote parking control mode for moving the vehicle to a parking location and parking the vehicle at the parking location according to operation from the operation terminal.
