To provide an analyzer which can improve accuracy in specifying a part of an image that causes incorrect inference, an analysis program, and an analysis method.SOLUTION: An analyzer includes: a refine image generation unit which generates a refine image by maximizing a score of a correct label of inference from an incorrect inference image in which an incorrect label is inferred in image recognition processing; a map generation unit which generates a third map indicating degrees of importance of pixels for inferring a correct label by superimposing a first map representing pixels of the incorrect inference image modified when generating the refine image on a second map representing degrees of attention of pixels of the refine image focused in inference and adjusted based on appearance frequency of each of the degrees of attention; and a specifying unit which specifies a group of pixels that cause incorrect inference by calculating pixel values of the third map for each pixel group, in the incorrect inference image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】誤推論の原因となる画像箇所を特定する際の精度を向上させことができる解析装置、解析プログラム及び解析方法を提供する。【解決手段】解析装置は、画像認識処理の際に誤ったラベルが推論される誤推論画像から、推論の正解ラベルのスコアを最大化させたリファイン画像を生成するリファイン画像生成部と、誤推論画像の複数の画素のうちリファイン画像を生成する際に変更がなされた画素を示す第１のマップと、リファイン画像の複数の画素のうち推論時に注目した各画素の注目度合いを示す、各注目度合いの出現頻度に基づいて調整した第２のマップと、を重畳することで、正解ラベルを推論するための各画素の重要度を示す第３のマップを生成するマップ生成部と、誤推論画像において、ピクセルの集合ごとに第３のマップの画素値を算出することで、誤推論の原因となるピクセルの集合を特定する特定部とを有する。【選択図】図１
