Summary: | To provide a device capable of measuring the physical property of a used grease in a rolling bearing at a place apart from the rolling bearing.SOLUTION: A physical property measuring device 10 comprises: a flow pipe 11 in which a grease discharged from a rolling bearing flows; a reservoir implement 12 that has an introducing port 23, a reservoir chamber 22, and a discharge port 24 of the grease; a penetration mechanism 13 that has a piston 41 and a driving portion 42 reciprocating the piston 41, and penetrates the piston into the grease in the reservoir chamber 22; and a measuring instrument 14 measuring flow resistance generated when the piston 41 penetrates the grease in the reservoir chamber 22. The piston 41 can reciprocate in a first direction penetrating into the grease in the reservoir chamber 22 and a second direction opposite thereto. The reservoir implement 12 has a regulating portion 25 that regulates the movement of the piston 41 in the second direction. The physical property measuring device 10 further comprises a load reducing member 73 that reduces a load of the driving portion 42 when the piston 41 reaches the regulating portion 25 or immediately before reaching.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】転がり軸受から離れた場所で転がり軸受内の使用済みのグリースの物性の測定を可能とする装置を提供する。【解決手段】物性測定装置10は、転がり軸受から排出されるグリースが流動する流動管11と、グリースの導入口23、貯留室22、及び排出口24を有する貯留具12と、ピストン41及びピストン41を往復移動させる駆動部42を有しかつ貯留室22内のグリースにピストンを貫入させる貫入機構13と、ピストン41が貯留室22内のグリースに貫入する際の流動抵抗を測定する測定器14とを備え、ピストン41が、貯留室22内のグリースに貫入する第1の方向とその逆の第2の方向とに往復移動可能であり、貯留具12が、第2の方向のピストン41の移動を制限する規制部25を有し、ピストン41が規制部25に達したとき又は達する直前の駆動部42の負荷を軽減する負荷軽減部材73をさらに備える。【選択図】図1 |
