To provide an air conditioner which secures low cost and energy saving, and which holds the temperature and humidity condition in a habitable room comfortable.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 1 which dehumidifies and cools outside air blown from an upstream and return air in a habitable room, and blows it into the habitable room from a downstream as supply air includes: an outside air intake part 21 for taking in the outside air; a return air intake part 22 for taking in the return air; an air supply part 23 for mixing the outside air and the return air; a communication part 24 for connecting the outside air intake part 21 and the return air intake part 22; a first passing part 25 for connecting the outside air intake part 21 and the air supply part 23; a second passing part 26 for connecting the return air intake part 22 and the air supply part 23; a first coil 11 installed in the outside air intake part 21 and capable of cooling and dehumidifying at least the outside air using low temperature cold water; a second coil 12 installed in the return air intake part 22 and capable of cooling and dehumidifying at least the return air using cold water whose temperature is higher than that of the first coil 11; a first damper 14 capable of adjusting the opening at the first passing part 25; a second damper 15 capable of adjusting the opening at the second passing part 26; and an air conditioning blower 13 for blowing the outside air and the return air from the air supply part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低価格、省エネルギーを確保し、居室内温湿度条件を快適に保持するものを提供する。【解決手段】上流から送風される外気及び居室内の還気を除湿冷却し下流から給気として居室内に送風する空調機１であって、外気を取入れる外気取入部２１、還気を取入れる還気取入部２２、外気及び還気を混合する給気部２３、外気取入部２１と還気取入部２２をつなぐ連通部２４、外気取入部２１と給気部２３をつなぐ第１通過部２５、還気取入部２２と給気部２３をつなぐ第２通過部２６、外気取入部２１に設置され低温冷水を使用して少なくとも外気を冷却除湿可能な第１コイル１１、還気取入部２２に設置され第１コイル１１よりも高温な冷水を使用して少なくとも還気を冷却除湿可能な第２コイル１２、第１通過部２５に開度を調整可能な第１ダンパ１４、第２通過部２６に開度を調整可能な第２ダンパ１５、給気部２３から外気及び還気を送風する空調送風機１３を備える。【選択図】図１
