Summary: | To provide a mineral processing method capable of obtaining concentrate with a low arsenic grade from a raw material with a high arsenic grade.SOLUTION: A mineral processing method that uses a raw material containing an arsenic free sulfide ore that is a sulfide ore not containing arsenic, and an arsenic-containing sulfide ore that is copper sulfide ore containing arsenic. An ore floatation process is provided in which a floating ore process is performed by adding an oxide and alkyl mercaptan into a mineral slurry containing a raw material to separate the raw material into precipitated ore having high quality of the arsenic free sulfide ore than the raw material and float with higher quality of the arsenic-containing sulfide ore than the raw material. By removing the arsenic-containing sulfide ore from the raw material with high arsenic grade, concentrate with low arsenic grade can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】砒素品位の高い原料から砒素品位の低い精鉱を得ることができる選鉱方法を提供する。【解決手段】砒素を含まない硫化鉱物である砒素非含有硫化鉱物と、砒素を含む硫化銅鉱物である砒素含有硫化鉱物とを含む原料を用いた選鉱方法である。原料を含む鉱物スラリーに酸化剤およびアルキルメルカプタンを添加して浮遊選鉱を行ない、原料を原料よりも砒素非含有硫化鉱物の品位が高い沈鉱と原料よりも砒素含有硫化鉱物の品位が高い浮鉱とに分離する浮遊選鉱工程を備える。砒素品位の高い原料から砒素含有硫化鉱物を除去することで、砒素品位の低い精鉱を得ることができる。【選択図】なし |
