To provide a bathroom apparatus 1 which sprays warm mist to the inside of a bathroom BR from a mist nozzle 16 in a proliferation suppressing operation, carries out an optimal proliferation suppressing operation by easy setting of conditions, and suppresses waste of energy, in the bathroom apparatus which includes the mist nozzle 16 facing the inside of the bathroom BR, a hot water supply passage 17 for supplying warm water to the mist nozzle 16, temperature detecting means 11 for detecting a bathroom temperature, and control means C which can perform operation control including an automatic control of the proliferation suppressing operation.SOLUTION: A bathroom apparatus includes storage means for storing a time coefficient of a preset proliferation suppressing operation that corresponds to a bathroom temperature. In the proliferation suppressing operation, control means C retrieves the time coefficient corresponding to each bathroom temperature detected at a prescribed time unit interval by temperature detecting means 11 from the storage means, integrates a deemed operation time obtained by multiplying the unit time by the retrieved time coefficient, and completes the proliferation suppressing operation when the multiplied deemed operation time reaches a prescribed proliferation suppressing operation completion threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】浴室ＢＲ内に臨むミストノズル１６と、ミストノズル１６に温水を供給する給湯路１７と、浴室温度を検知する温度検知手段１１と、繁殖抑制運転の自動制御を含む運転制御を実行可能な制御手段Ｃとを備え、繁殖抑制運転時、ミストノズル１６から温水ミストを浴室内ＢＲに噴霧する浴室装置１が、容易な条件設定で最適な繁殖抑制運転を実行でき、且つエネルギーの浪費を抑制できるようにする。【解決手段】浴室温度に対応する、予め設定された繁殖抑制運転の時間係数を記憶する記憶手段を備え、繁殖抑制運転時、制御手段Ｃは、温度検知手段１１が所定の単位時間間隔で検知する各浴室温度に対応する時間係数を記憶手段から検索して、単位時間に検索した時間係数を乗じて求めたみなし運転時間を積算し、積算したみなし運転時間が所定の繁殖抑制運転完了閾値に到達した時、繁殖抑制運転を完了させる。【選択図】図１
