Summary:To provide a heat radiation device that has high mechanical strength and can appropriately protect a circuit board from vibration, and a power generation apparatus using the heat radiation device.SOLUTION: A heat radiation device includes an installation surface 210 on which an object (thermoelectric converter 30) to be cooled is installed, a heat radiating part 220 provided on a surface opposite to the installation surface 210, and an accommodation part 230 that is integrally provided on a side of the heat radiating part 220 for accommodating a circuit board 60. The heat radiating part 220 is composed by integrally forming at least two first heat radiating walls 220a and second heat radiating walls 220b, in which the first heat radiating walls rise up from the surface opposite to the installation surface 210 and face each other, and the second heat radiating walls connect the first heat radiating walls 220a facing each other.
