Summary:To provide a microneedle array neither reducing the puncture performance nor causing removal of the applied drug.SOLUTION: A frog-shaped microneedle array coated with a drug composition containing a drug and an additive, is characterized in that the drug composition after application and being dried has a Vickers hardness of 3 or more, and the supported amount of the drug composition is 50-250 μg/(per 100 microneedles). The Vickers hardness may be 10 or more. Alternatively, the additive may be an additive having a Vickers hardness of 10 or more (an additive acting as a hardness-imparting additive) or an additive having a Vickers hardness of 3 to 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】穿刺性が低下せず、塗布した薬剤の剥落も起こらないマイクロニードルアレイを提供する。【解決手段】薬剤と添加剤を含有する薬剤組成物で塗布された剣山型マイクロニードルアレイであって、塗布・乾燥後の薬剤組成物のビッカース硬度が3以上であり、薬剤組成物の担持量が50〜250μg/(100本の微小針当たり)であることを特徴とする。ビッカース硬度が10以上であってもよい。また、前記添加剤は、10以上のビッカース硬度を持つ添加剤(硬度付与剤的な添加剤)であるか、3〜10のビッカース硬度を持つ添加剤であってもよい。【選択図】図6
