Summary:To properly manage charge/discharge of a battery with a voltage necessary to drive an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A power source control device 100 receives supply of an input voltage of a first voltage value through an input end, and outputs an output voltage of the first voltage value through an output end. The power source control device 100 includes: a first storage battery 16 that is disposed on a path connecting the input end to the output end, and can be charged by application of a voltage of a second voltage value that is lower than the first voltage value; a second storage battery 17 that is disposed on the path, and can be charged by application of a voltage of the second voltage value; and relays (a first relay 19, a second relay 20, and a third relay 21) that, when receiving supply of the input voltage, switches the first storage battery 16 and the second storage battery 17 into a parallel connection, so as to charge the first storage battery 16 and the second storage battery 17 with the input voltage, and meanwhile, when not receiving the input voltage, switches the first storage battery 16 and the second storage battery 17 into a series connection so as to outputs, as an output voltage, a voltage discharged from the first storage battery 16 and the second storage battery 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】電子機器の駆動に必要な電圧で、適切にバッテリの充放電を管理する。【解決手段】電源制御装置100は、入力端から第1電圧値の入力電圧の供給を受けると共に、出力端から第1電圧値の出力電圧を出力する電源制御装置100であって、入力端と出力端を接続する経路の間に配置され、第1電圧値未満の電圧値である第2電圧値の電圧の印加により充電可能な第1蓄電池16と、経路の間に配置され、第2電圧値の電圧の印加により充電可能な第2蓄電池17と、入力電圧の供給を受けている間は第1蓄電池16と第2蓄電池17を並列接続に切り替えて第1蓄電池16及び第2蓄電池17を入力電圧で充電し、入力電圧の供給を受けていない間は第1蓄電池16と第2蓄電池17を直列接続に切り替えて第1蓄電池16及び第2蓄電池17の放電する電圧を出力電圧として出力するリレー(第1リレー19、第2リレー20及び第3リレー21)と、を備える。【選択図】図2
