Summary:To provide a method for successfully covering an absorbent core with a core wrap sheet without generating wrinkles on the core wrap sheet and without causing falling or losing a shape of a forming material of the absorbent core.SOLUTION: An absorbent core 50 has lengths in a perpendicular direction (CD) that are different in a delivery direction (MD), and has a narrowest width part 50N where the length in the CD is shortest. With a pair of virtual straight lines VL, VL which pass through both ends of the CD of the narrowest width part 50N and extend in the MD direction as boundaries, a delivery surface (a conveyor belt 42) moving in arrangement regions of a folding guide 441 is sectioned into a central area 45 sandwiched between the pair of virtual lines VL, VL and a lateral area 46 positioned on both sides of the CD with the central area 45 in between.
