To suppress generation of noise that is likely to affect an outside of a switching power supply device.SOLUTION: A switching power supply device 1 includes: first to fourth switches SW1 to SW4 sequentially connected in series; an inductor L1; a first capacitor CFLY having a first end connected to a connection node between the first switch and the second switch and a second end connected to a connection node between the third switch, the fourth switch, and the inductor; a second capacitor CMID having a first end connected to a connection node between the second switch and the third switch; and a controller CNT1 that controls switching on and off of the first to fourth switches.
