To acquire a heat sink and a lighting fixture in which a mounting hole in which a connection component is inserted is formed, without thinning a heat radiation fin.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture includes: a mounting part mounted on a mounted part; and a light source unit fixed to the mounting part and having a heat sink. The heat sink includes: a plate-like base part fixed to the mounting part; and a heat radiation fin provided on one main surface of the base part and extending in the direction perpendicular to a main surface. The base part includes a mounting hole which is provided on the main surface and in which a connection component for fixing to the mounting part is inserted. The heat radiation fin is arranged radially in the direction toward an outer peripheral portion of the main surface from a center portion of the main surface of the base part in a plan view, and arranged along the outer periphery of the mounting hole bypassing the mounting hole in the region where the mounting hole is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】放熱フィンを間引くことなく、接続部品が挿入される取付孔が形成された、ヒートシンクおよび照明器具を得る。【解決手段】照明器具は、被取付部に取り付けられる取付部と、取付部に固定され、ヒートシンクを有する光源ユニットとを備え、ヒートシンクは、取付部に固定された板状のベース部と、ベース部の１つの主面に設けられ、主面に対して垂直な方向に延びた放熱フィンとを有し、ベース部は、主面に設けられ、取付部に固定するための接続部品が挿入される取付孔を有し、放熱フィンは、平面視で、ベース部の主面の中心部分から主面の外周部分に向かう方向に放射状に配置されるとともに、取付孔が設けられている領域において取付孔を迂回して取付孔の外周に沿って配置される。【選択図】図５
