To provide a closure which can be downsized.SOLUTION: A closure 1 storing a connection portion between an optical fiber included in an upstream side cable and an optical fiber included in a downstream side cable comprises a bottomed cylindrical sleeve 10 having an opening 11 at one end, a cap 20 having a first insertion hole to which the upstream side cable and the downstream side cable are inserted and fitted to the opening, and a stored body 30 which is stored in the sleeve. The stored body includes a bar-like member 31 provided in a longer direction of the stored body, and a holder 40 having an insertion hole through which the bar-like member can be inserted.
