To provide composite particles excellent in slipperiness on the skin and moist feeling on the skin and having good skin feeling.SOLUTION: There are provided composite particles containing cellulose and a surfactant and/or a water-soluble polymer, wherein the content of the surfactant and/or the water-soluble polymer is 0.2 to 50 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the cellulose and the following condition 1 is satisfied.
