To provide a bathtub washing device which is advantageous for obtaining the excellent washing effect and suppressing a consumption amount of a washing agent, and a hot water supply apparatus including the bathtub washing device.SOLUTION: A bathtub washing device 3 comprises: a storage part (washing agent water tank 6) which can store washing agent water 13 being the water mixed with the washing agent; foam generation means which generates foam 14 by using the washing agent water 13 stored in the storage part; and a discharge part 11 which can discharge the foam 14 and rinsing water. The discharge part 11 is installed on the upper part of the inner wall of a bathtub 4.
