Summary:To provide a power system in which management targets of a centralized management device can be expanded to a power device the input/output power of which cannot be controlled, and a switching device that is used for the power system.SOLUTION: A switching device A performs switching between a conductive state in which a power device B is carrying out power reception and power transmission with respect to a power grid E, and a non-conductive state in which neither the power reception nor the power transmission is being carried out.
