Summary: | To provide a collision determination device that can properly determine a collision on the basis of a collision distance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a collision determination device that determines the possibility of a collision between an own vehicle and another vehicle on the basis of an own vehicle route as a travel route of the own vehicle and another route vehicle as a travel route of another route around the own vehicle. The collision determination device includes: a stop position setting unit for setting a target stop position where the own vehicle stops without hitting another vehicle in front of a direction in which the own vehicle is moving forward, on the basis of an offset route which is parallel to another vehicle route and is offset to near the own vehicle in the width direction of another vehicle; and a collision distance calculation unit for drawing a straight line vertical to the other vehicle route from the target stop position and determining a collision distance for determining the risk of a collision between the own vehicle and another vehicle by the intersection between the straight line and the other vehicle route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
