To provide a cover structure of a side cover of a vehicular seat, the side cover comprising an opening formed thereon, a lid part being arranged on the opening, the cover structure capable of preventing displacement of the lid part.SOLUTION: A cover structure 1 of a vehicular seat 2 comprises a first operation lever 32A and a second operation lever 32C. The cover structure 1 comprises: a side frame 15; a side cover 33; and an inner cover 64. The side cover comprises a lid 63 which comprises: a side cover main body having an opening; and an upper engaging part 97 being engaged to a top edge part for defining the opening of the side cover main body, and the lid defines a front hole 110 and a rear hole 112.
