The mask type beauty instrument includes a controller 10 and a flexible mask 100. The mask comprises a first flexible layer 102, a second flexible layer 106, and at least one heating layer 104. The first flexible layer and the second flexible layer are laminated and set. At least the one heating layer is set between the first flexible layer and the second flexible layer, and is used for heating the mask.
