Summary:To provide a cell image evaluation apparatus and a cell image evaluation program which can grasp the dyeing state of a cell without applying dyeing treatment in the case where dyeing treatment has been applied to the cell.SOLUTION: A cell image evaluation apparatus comprises: an evaluator 21 which evaluates the state of a cell included in each region of interest of a cell image; and a predictor 22 which previously machine-learnt a relationship between an evaluation result of a specific region of interest in a first cell image in which a cell before dyeing treatment has been imaged and a peripheral region of the specific region of interest and the dyeing state of the cell in the specific region of interest in a second cell image which has been imaged after performing dyeing treatment to the same imaging target as the first cell image. The predictor 22 predicts the dyeing state of the cell of the specific region of interest on the basis of an evaluation result of a specific region of interest and a peripheral region of the specific region of interest out of an evaluation result of a third cell image of the cell before dyeing treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】細胞に染色処理を施した場合の染色状態を、染色処理を施すことなく把握することができる細胞画像評価装置、および細胞画像評価プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】細胞画像の各関心領域に含まれる細胞の状態を評価する評価器２１と、染色処理前の細胞を撮影した第１の細胞画像内における特定の関心領域、およびその特定の関心領域の周辺領域の評価結果と、第１の細胞画像と同じ撮影対象に染色処理を行って撮影した第２の細胞画像内における特定の関心領域の細胞の染色状態、との関係を予め機械学習させた予測器２２とを備え、予測器２２が、染色処理前の細胞の第３の細胞画像の評価結果のうちの特定の関心領域、およびその特定の関心領域の周辺領域の評価結果に基づいて、特定の関心領域の細胞の染色状態を予測する。【選択図】図１
