Summary:To provide a cell image evaluation apparatus and a cell image evaluation program which can grasp the dyeing state of a cell without applying dyeing treatment in the case where dyeing treatment has been applied to the cell.SOLUTION: A cell image evaluation apparatus comprises: an evaluator 21 which evaluates the state of a cell included in each region of interest of a cell image; and a predictor 22 which previously machine-learnt a relationship between an evaluation result of a specific region of interest in a first cell image in which a cell before dyeing treatment has been imaged and a peripheral region of the specific region of interest and the dyeing state of the cell in the specific region of interest in a second cell image which has been imaged after performing dyeing treatment to the same imaging target as the first cell image.
