To provide an electronic device with improved quality.SOLUTION: An electronic device includes: a housing 20 having a first case 22 and a second case 24; a display unit 28 that is attached to the first case 22; and one or more conductive members 32 that are formed in a plate shape having a first major surface and a second major surface facing the first major surface, and electrically connect the display unit and the second case on the second major surface side. The conductive member 32 includes: a first part 32a that is connected to the second case 24 on one end side of the conductive member 32; a second part 32b that is connected to the display unit 28 on the other end side of the conductive member 32; and a third part 32c that connects the first part 32a and the second part 32b.
