To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic imaging apparatus that allows a work environment to be improved even when imaging by another imaging apparatus is executed at the same time while X-ray fluoroscopic imaging is executed.SOLUTION: At least one cable for an external device for transmitting an electric signal output or input from the external device to another external device is housed in a pipe and disposed in a support body of a top plate. Connectors at both ends of the cable for the external device are housed in connector boxes respectively, and the connector boxes are disposed on an outer surface of the support body.
