Summary:To provide a system stabilization system capable of stabilizing a power system at the time of accident occurrence even when electric energy fluctuates.SOLUTION: A system stabilization system of an embodiment has a control device and a control terminal. The control device determines a power apparatus to be a power control target in a system accident on the basis of a control table, in which a target control amount for each accident type that is calculated in advance before occurrence of the system accident is shown, and information showing an accident type of the system accident that has occurred and outputs a control command. According to the control command received from the control device, the control terminal cuts off the power apparatus to be a power control target from a power system. As a response to the control command, the control terminal transmits to the control device a control execution amount, electric energy of the power apparatus at a point of time at which power control is performed. On the basis of an insufficient control amount determined according to the control execution amount and a target control amount, the control device determines whether to perform power control again in the system accident.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】電力量が変動する場合であっても、事故発生時に電力系統を安定化することができる系統安定化システムを提供する。【解決手段】実施形態の系統安定化システムは、制御装置と、制御端末とを持つ。制御装置は、系統事故が発生する前に事前演算された、事故種別ごとの目標制御量が示された制御テーブルと、発生した系統事故の事故種別を示す情報とに基づいて、当該系統事故において電力制御の対象とする電力機を決定し、制御指令を出力する。制御端末は、制御装置から受信した制御指令に従い、電力制御の対象となった電力機を、電力系統から遮断させる。制御端末は、制御指令の応答として、電力制御を実施した時点における、電力機の電力量である制御実施量を制御装置に送信する。制御装置は、制御実施量と目標制御量とに応じて定められる不足制御量に基づいて、当該系統事故において再度の電力制御を行うか否かを決定する。【選択図】図1
