To provide an electric connection box and a wire harness capable of preventing invasion from an opening section to an inside for passing an electric wire into a housing.SOLUTION: An electric connection box 1 includes: a housing 2 having a housing space unit 2a for housing electronic components 100; and a cylindrical wiring material lead-out unit 10 that is formed so as to protrude outward from a peripheral edge of an opening 3e provided on a side wall section 3d of the housing 2 and leads a wiring material W1 electrically connected to the electronic components 100 to an outside of the housing 2.
