To provide an eyeglass frame shape measurement device that acquires shape information on a rim readily and excellently in an eyeglass frame.SOLUTION: An eyeglass frame shape measurement device, which measures a shape of an eyeglass frame, comprises: an optical measurement unit 30; a measurement probe unit 60; a holding unit that holds the optical measurement unit, and the measurement probe unit; change means that integrally moves the optical measurement unit and measurement probe unit to the eyeglass frame by moving the holding unit with respect to the eyeglass frame, and changes a measurement position with respect to a groove of the rim of the eyeglass frame; and control means that controls an action of the eyeglass frame shape measurement device.
