Summary:To provide a radiation detection module, a radiation detector, and a method of manufacturing the radiation detection module, capable of suppressing variation in a curved shape of an array substrate.SOLUTION: A radiation detection module according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an array substrate having a substrate, and a plurality of photoelectric conversion parts provided on one side of the substrate; a scintillator provided on the plurality of photoelectric conversion parts and converting radiation into fluorescence; a reflection layer provided on the scintillator; and a shape control part provided on the surface of the substrate on the side opposite to the side on which the reflection layer is provided.
