To provide a heat exchanger which is inexpensive and small and can stabilize a temperature of a first heat medium discharged therefrom.SOLUTION: First heat exchange tubes (20) are disposed so that their flat surfaces face each other to form a body (12). A second heat exchange tube (30) is located adjacent to one surface (12a) of the body (12). A core case (40) has: the surface (12a) of the body (12); and a cover part (93) which covers the second heat exchange tube (30). When viewed in a direction along flow of a first heat medium, at least a part of the cover part (93) is formed along the surface (12a) of the body (12) or an outer peripheral surface (33) of the second heat exchange tube (30).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】安価且つ小型でありながら、排出される第１の熱媒体の温度を安定させることができる熱交換器を提供すること。【解決手段】複数の第１の熱交換チューブ（２０）は、各々の扁平面同士が互いに対向するように配置されて、本体（１２）を構成している。第２の熱交換チューブ（３０）は、本体（１２）の１つの面（１２ａ）に隣接している。コアケース（４０）は、本体（１２）の面（１２ａ）及び第２の熱交換チューブ（３０）を覆うカバー部（９３）を有している。第１の熱媒体の流れに沿う方向から見て、カバー部（９３）の少なくとも一部は、本体（１２）の面（１２ａ）又は第２の熱交換チューブ（３０）の外周面（３３）に沿って形成されている。【選択図】図３
