Summary:To provide an oil supply apparatus of an internal combustion engine capable of improving fuel economy performance of the internal combustion engine by reducing a drive loss of an oil pump.SOLUTION: An oil supply apparatus of an internal combustion engine comprises: an oil pump device that includes a pump section discharging oil on the basis of power of the internal combustion engine, and a variable section including a controlling hydraulic pressure chamber and put into operation on the basis of hydraulic pressure of oil supplied to the controlling hydraulic pressure chamber so as to reduce a discharge amount of the pump section; and a variable control section that supplies oil to the controlling hydraulic pressure chamber when the internal combustion engine is in a low load state and a rotation speed thereof is equal to or higher than a rotation speed threshold. The variable control section sets the value of the rotation speed threshold to a first temperature when the oil is in a low-temperature state or to a second temperature which is higher than the first temperature when the oil is in a non-low-temperature state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】オイルポンプにおける駆動ロスを小さくして、内燃機関の燃費性能を向上できる内燃機関のオイル供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】内燃機関のオイル供給装置は、内燃機関の動力に基づいてオイルを吐出するポンプ部と、制御油圧室を有し、制御油圧室に供給されるオイルの油圧に基づいて作動して、ポンプ部の吐出量を減らす可変部とを有するオイルポンプ装置と、内燃機関が低負荷状態であり且つ内燃機関の回転数が回転数閾値以上の場合、制御油圧室にオイルを供給する可変制御部と、を備え、可変制御部は、オイルが低温状態に該当する場合、回転数閾値の値を第一温度とし、オイルが非低温状態に該当する場合、回転数閾値を第一温度よりも大きい第二温度とする。【選択図】図1
