Summary:To provide a compaction method of a concrete form performing compaction of concrete more surely by giving a vibration inside the concrete installed in a form when installing a tunnel lining concrete.SOLUTION: A vibrated member 20 such as a channel steel is disposed in advance so as to be positioned in a concrete installation space before setting a concrete form 8. A rod-shaped vibration transmission member 25 is inserted into the concrete form 8 via a through hole provided in the concrete form 8 from an outside of the concrete form 8, and a distal end of the vibration transmission member 25 is connected to the vibrated member 20 by a male/female joint part. Then, a vibration of a vibration part (vibrator) 30 disposed outside of the concrete form 8 is transmitted to the vibrated member 20 via the vibration transmission member 25 to compact concrete. After compaction, the connection of the vibration transmission member 25 and the vibrated member 20 is released to remove the vibration transmission member 25 from an inside of the concrete form 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】トンネル覆工コンクリートなどの打設に際し、型枠内に打設されたコンクリートの内部に振動を与えることで、コンクリートの締固めをより確実に行う型枠内コンクリートの締固め方法を提供する。【解決手段】型枠8の設置前にコンクリート打設空間内に位置するように溝形鋼などの被振動部材20を予め配置する。型枠8の外側から型枠8に設けた貫通孔を介して、型枠8内に棒状の振動伝達部材25を挿入し、振動伝達部材25の先端を雌雄の継手部により被振動部材20に接続する。そして、型枠8の外側に配置した起振部(バイブレータ)30の振動を、振動伝達部材25を介して被振動部材20に伝達し、コンクリートを締固める。締固めの後、振動伝達部材25と被振動部材20との接続を解除して、振動伝達部材25を型枠8内から抜き去る。【選択図】図1
