Summary:To provide a valve system that enables control according to an operation command while suppressing vibration during reversing operation.SOLUTION: A valve system 8 according to the present embodiment comprises an electromagnetic pilot valve 33 and a controller 23. The electromagnetic pilot valve 33 adjusts a flow rate of a hydraulic fluid for performing a steering operation of a wheel loader 1. The controller 23 determines a command signal to the electromagnetic pilot valve 33 for determining a command flow rate Fc of the hydraulic fluid based on a target flow rate Ft corresponding to an input operation command and an amount of change of the target flow rate Ft_change.
