Summary:To provide a robot device which can improve quality of a work-piece after processing by a processing part.SOLUTION: A robot device 1 comprises a following processing part 2, drive part 3, detection part 4 and control part 6. First, the processing part 2 is mounted on a robot 8 and moves according to operation of the robot 8, and is so controlled as to perform prescribed processing for a work-piece and applies a pressure to the work-piece. The drive part 3 is mounted on the robot 8 and moves according to operation of the robot 8, and so drives the processing part 2 as to move relatively to the robot 8. The detection part 4 is sensitive to the pressure which is applied to the work-piece by the processing part 2 and outputs a signal according to the pressure when the processing part 2 performs the prescribed processing for the work-piece. Further, the control part 6 controls the drive part 3 according to the signal outputted by the detection part 4. Thus, in the robot device 1, quality of the work-piece after processing by the processing part 2 can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】処理部による処理後のワークの品質を向上することができるロボット装置を提供する。【解決手段】ロボット装置1は、次の処理部2、駆動部3、検出部4および制御部6を備える。まず、処理部2は、ロボット8に装着されてロボット8の動作に応じて移動するとともに、所定の処理をワークに施すように制御されてワークに対し加圧力を及ぼす。また、駆動部3は、ロボット8に装着されてロボット8の動作に応じて移動し、処理部2を、ロボット8に対して相対移動するように駆動する。また、検出部4は、処理部2がワークに所定の処理を施しているときに、処理部2がワークに及ぼす加圧力に感応し、加圧力に応じた信号を出力する。さらに、制御部6は、検出部4が出力する信号に応じて駆動部3を制御する。これにより、ロボット装置1において、処理部2による処理後のワークの品質を向上することができる。【選択図】図1
