Also, the air conditioner 1 controls the indoor expansion valve on the basis of the discharge temperature detected by the discharge temperature sensor 33 regarding the operation indoor unit, in a heating operation, and controls so that the difference between the refrigerant temperatures detected by each liquid side temperature sensor of the indoor unit or the difference between supercooling degrees on the basis of the refrigerant temperature detected by each indoor condensation temperature sensor of the indoor unit and each liquid side temperature sensor of the indoor unit becomes small, and brings the outdoor expansion valve into a predetermined fixed opening in which the flow resistance of the refrigerant becomes small.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】冷媒気液の分流偏りを防ぐとともに、能力不足の発生を防ぐこと。【解決手段】空気調和装置1は、冷房運転においては、運転室内機に関して、室外膨張弁を、吐出温度センサ33で検出した吐出温度に基づいて制御するとともに、当該室内機の各ガス側温度センサで検出した冷媒温度同士の差が小さくなるように制御し、室内膨張弁を冷媒の流動抵抗が小さくなる所定の固定開度とする。また、空気調和装置1は、暖房運転においては、運転室内機に関して、室内膨張弁を、吐出温度センサ33で検出した吐出温度に基づいて制御するとともに、当該室内機の各液側温度センサで検出した冷媒温度同士の差または当該室内機の各室内凝縮温度センサと当該室内機の各液側温度センサで検出した冷媒温度に基づく過冷却度同士の差が小さくなるように制御し、室外膨張弁を冷媒の流動抵抗が小さくなる所定の固定開度とする。【選択図】図1
