Summary:To timely diagnose a deterioration state of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A battery control device includes a charge/discharge circuit and a processor. On the basis of information relating to a secondary battery which is electrically connected to the charge/discharge circuit, the processor determines whether or not a diagnosis implementation condition relating to the secondary battery is satisfied, controls the charge/discharge circuit so as to charge the secondary battery after discharging or charging it until charging start SOC in the case where it is determined that the diagnosis implementation condition is satisfied, acquires measurement data of a voltage and a current of the secondary battery while the secondary battery is charged, estimates an internal state parameter of the secondary battery on the basis of the measurement data, and diagnoses a deterioration state of the secondary battery on the basis of an estimate of the internal state parameter of the secondary battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】二次電池の劣化状態を適時に診断する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば、電池制御装置は、充放電回路と、プロセッサとを含む。プロセッサは、充放電回路に電気的に接続されている二次電池に関する情報に基づいて二次電池に関する診断実施条件を満足するか否かを判定し、診断実施条件が満足すると判定された場合に、二次電池を充電開始SOCまで放電又は充電してから充電するよう充放電回路を制御し、二次電池が充電されている間に二次電池の電圧と電流との計測データを取得し、計測データに基づいて二次電池の内部状態パラメータを推定し、二次電池の内部状態パラメータの推定値に基づいて二次電池の劣化状態を診断する。【選択図】 図4
