To perform a smooth evacuation guidance to guided persons when an event occurs.SOLUTION: An evacuation guidance system includes: a common server 10; pallets m1-m20 to autonomously travel by communication with the common server 10; an event information server 20; and portable terminals 40a of guided persons 40. The common server 10 changes over a function of the pallets m1-m20 into an evacuation guidance path formation function based on event occurrence information received from the event information server 20.
