Summary:To improve the quality of a sanitary article.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method for a sanitary article, a tensioning step, an application step, and an embossing step are performed. In the tensioning step, a creped sheet is pulled. In the application step, the sheet pulled in the tensioning step is applied with a chemical solution. In the embossing step, the sheet applied with the chemical solution in the application step is embossed.
