Summary:To provide a vehicle controller capable of modifying an angle of a camera fitted to a vehicle body, by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A vehicle controller S comprises: an operation unit (10) operated by an operator (R); a model vehicle (20) which is driven in radio communication according to an operation of the operation unit (10); a camera (33) fitted to the model vehicle (20); and a monitor (1) through which video captured by the camera (33) is visually recognized by the operator (R). The operation unit (10) comprises signal acquisition parts (3, 4) for generating a drive signal for controlling the model vehicle (20).
