Summary: | To balance suppression of heat transmission from a high temperature side where a high temperature component such as a fuel cell stack is placed to a low temperature side, and improvement of vibration resistance.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A fuel cell unit support structure for enclosing a high temperature unit Uht consisting of high temperature components 1, 2 including a fuel cell stack 1 by an enclosure 3 via an adiabator 5 and supporting on a vehicle body skeleton member is provided. The fuel cell unit support structure has: a mount device M for supporting the high temperature unit Uht in the enclosure 3; and a fitting structure 90 for fitting the enclosure 3 to the vehicle body skeleton member. The fitting structure 90 includes: heat transfer suppression means 93 having thermal resistance higher than that of a plane part where the mount device M is fixed and suppressing heat transfer to the vehicle body skeleton member; and vibration suppression means 93 for suppressing vehicle body vibration by increasing the resonant frequency of a vibration system consisting of the high temperature unit, the mount device, and the fitting structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】燃料電池スタック等の高温部品が配置される高温側から低温側への伝熱の抑制と耐振性の向上の両立を図る。【課題を解決するための手段】燃料電池スタック1を含む高温部品1,2からなる高温ユニットUhtを断熱材5を介して筐体3で包囲して車体骨格部材に支持する燃料電池ユニット支持構造が提供される。この燃料電池ユニット支持構造は、高温ユニットUhtを筐体3内に支持するマウント装置Mと、筐体3を車体骨格部材に取り付けるための取り付け構造90と、を有する。そして、取り付け構造90は、マウント装置Mが固定される平面部よりも高い熱抵抗を有し車体骨格部材への伝熱を抑制する伝熱抑制手段93と、高温ユニット、マウント装置、及び該取り付け構造からなる振動系の共振周波数を増加させ車体振動を抑制する振動抑制手段93と、を含む。【選択図】図5 |
