The return passage 23 and the buffer space BS1 are connected by a first cylindrical hole 2b, and the buffer space BS1 and the recessed part 2a are connected by a second cylindrical hole 2d. The buffer space BS1 is formed by a bottomed lateral hole 230 sealed at an end part by a plug PL and extends in parallel with the return passage 23. An entire length of the buffer space BS1 is larger than an inner diameter of the first cylindrical hole 2b and an inner diameter of the second cylindrical hole 2d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
