To provide a polyisocyanate composition that has excellent storage stability in a low-temperature environment and can give a polyurethane resin having excellent smoothness, chemical resistance and adhesiveness, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: A polyisocyanate composition contains an allophanate derivative of xylylene diisocyanate.
