【課題】水面に浮かべた浮体に関し、潮位等の長周期の水位変動に対して浮体の喫水を一定に保ち、また、波浪などによる短周期の水位変動に伴う浮体動揺を抑制する水位変動対応係留システムを提供すること。【解決手段】可動フロート70を有した並進動揺型の波力発電装置に用いる水面に浮かんだスパー式の浮体10と、スパー式の浮体10に所定の喫水を付与する水中に設けられた荷重手段20と 、荷重手段20の荷重を梃子を利用してスパー式の浮体10に作用させる梃子手段30と、梃子手段30を水中に係留する係留手段40とを備え、水位の変動に対応して所定の喫水を維持する。【選択図】図3 |
