The plurality of area control units comprise a first area control unit that receives an operation request for a first mounted device via an operation unit provided in the vehicle interior and a second area control unit that operates the first mounted device. In a case where it is sufficient to transmit the operation request to the second area control unit without transmitting the operation request to the center control unit, the first area control unit transmits the operation request to the second area control unit via the second network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
