Summary: | To provide a motor control device that, in a case where motor drive cannot be started due to a difference in control state between the own system and another system, can specify the cause and analyze an event.SOLUTION: A plurality of control units (microcomputers) of a motor control device can mutually communicate. Concerning a transition between control states of systems during starting, a control state in which a determination that drive start of a motor is possible is regarded as a "drive start standby state," and a control state in which a process for the drive start is stopped due to a determination that an operation power source for each control unit is cut off or has a voltage decrease (IGOFF) is regarded as a "drive stop state." The control unit of each system has a control-state determination unit that determines a combination of the own system and another system by mutual communication. If the own system is in a drive start standby state (S01) and another system is in a drive stop state (S04: YES), the control state determination unit determines that "a condition for different states has established" (S05), and the control unit stores this determination history in a recording medium (S06).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】自系統及び他系統の制御状態の相違によりモータ駆動を開始できない場合、その原因を特定し、事象解析を可能とするモータ制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】モータ制御装置の複数の制御部(マイコン)は相互に通信可能である。起動時における各系統の制御状態の遷移について、モータの駆動開始が可能と判断された制御状態を「駆動開始待ち状態」とし、制御部の動作電源の遮断又は電圧低下(IGOFF)が判定されたことにより、駆動開始に向けた処理を停止した制御状態を「駆動停止状態」とする。各系統の制御部は、相互の通信により自系統及び他系統の制御状態の組合せを判定する制御状態判定部を有する。自系統が駆動開始待ち状態であり(S01)、且つ、他系統が駆動停止状態である場合(S04:YES)、制御状態判定部は、「状態相違条件が成立した」と判定(S05)し、制御部は、当該判定履歴を記憶媒体に記憶する(S06)。【選択図】図10 |
