Summary:To provide a battery capacity estimation device, a battery capacity estimation method, and a program, capable of estimating a battery capacity of a storage battery system via a DC/AC conversion device.SOLUTION: A battery capacity estimation device of the embodiment includes a power acquisition section, a charge rate acquisition section, and an estimation section. The power acquisition section acquires AC power or an amount of the AC power that is input and output from a storage battery system capable of controlling charging and storage via a DC-AC conversion device. The charge rate acquisition section acquires an SoC (State Of Charge) of the storage battery system. The estimation section estimates the battery capacity of the storage battery system based on the AC power or the amount of AC power acquired by the power acquisition section and the SoC acquired by the charge rate acquisition section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】直流交流変換装置を介して蓄電池システムの電池容量の推定を可能とする。【解決手段】実施形態の電池容量推定装置は、電力取得部と、充電率取得部と、推定部と、を備える。電力取得部は、充電及び蓄電を制御可能な蓄電池システムから直流交流変換装置を介して入力及び出力された、交流電力又は交流電力量を取得する。充電率取得部は、蓄電池システムのSoC(State Of Charge)を取得する。推定部は、電力取得部により取得された交流電力又は交流電力量と、充電率取得部により取得されたSoCと、に基づいて、蓄電池システムの電池容量を推定する。【選択図】図2
